When I conjured up The Magically Modern Cottage, the challenge was clear – design a vacation rental in an area with high tourism potential during peak months. My gaze settled on the enchanting Salem, Massachusetts, known for its magical allure, drawing tourists every Autumn – a perfect haven for mystical arts enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
In envisioning the client, I painted a picture of four best friends, scattered across distances, deciding to reunite in a luxury vacation rental with all the enchanting amenities a witch could desire. The concept? Moody and modern aesthetics to set the perfect magical atmosphere.
My creative arsenal for this project included a captivating presentation board, a rack card, a logo, an informative booklet, and a comprehensive FF+E schedule plus finishes. The design was more than just aesthetics; it was an immersive experience tailored to make magical memories in the heart of Salem.
